Our Investment Evaluation Process
Step 1: NDA Submission & Initial Information
Sign and submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure confidentiality of all shared information.
Provide a brief introduction of your company and state the purpose of the funding required.
Download the following NDA Format, Sign it and email it to us at info@almoizziyah.com
Step 2: Submission of Financial Plan
Complete the financial projections template and include at least 5 years of business performance, including projections covering the full duration of the requested investment.

Step 3: Submission of Business Plan (Only if Requested)
Submit the detailed business plan template only if requested by the AMIC evaluation team.

Step 4: Evaluation & Decision Making
AMIC reviews and evaluates all submitted documents.
You will be notified once the evaluation and decision process is completed.
Step 5: Agreement Signing
Upon approval, a formal investment agreement is executed, outlining terms, responsibilities, and expectations.
Step 6: Disbursement of Funds & Ongoing Support
Funds are disbursed as per the agreed terms.
